One Table: A Chefs' Collective Dinner

Join us at Mercantile on October 25 at 6 p.m. for an evening with ten Colorado chefs.
Enjoy passed appetizers followed by a five-course dinner, with the chefs introducing their dishes throughout the evening. OneKitchen Colorado equips chefs to step beyond the four walls of their kitchens and into advocacy that strengthens food access and Colorado’s local food system. This dinner supports the Colorado OneKitchen chef coalition and its work to champion healthy school meals, local producers, and a stronger food system across the state.

Reilly and Chef Kenny Minton of Coperta; Chef Tim Kukilinski of Bistro Vendôme; Chef Reggie Dotson of Ash’Kara; Chef Jen Jasinski of Rioja; Chef Daniel Asher of Working Title Food Group; and Chef Byron Gomez.
$175 per guest, with an optional $75 wine pairing available.
